In Treatwell Connect → Customers → Export CSV → upload to us. One click. On the Pro plan we do the migration for you, free.

On servers in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein). Fully GDPR-compliant. Daily backups, 30-day retention. We provide a DB dump on request, anytime.

Up to 5 on Salon, up to 15 on Pro. Each gets their own login and booking history. More than 15 — talk to us, we'll discuss it individually.

Currently the system is for the salon (staff enter bookings themselves). Public online booking for clients is shipping in Q3 2026 — start today, you'll get the update free.

On the Owned plan (€1,490 one-time), the code is yours forever. Even if we disappear, your installation keeps running. On SaaS plans we provide a DB dump and help you migrate if we ever shut down.
